A piece with source citations—this should be the accepted template for articles. Even before Paris 2024, however, there was a feeling among those who closely follow gymnastics that Caloy (I say this as a name of endearment, of vicariously shared thriumphs) would peak at the proper time and produce golds. Olympic golds. I expected three, but the one for Parallel Bars got away. The only thing that needed fine-tuning was Caloy's mindset in conjunction with the rest of his preparations, and in this regard Sports Occupational Therapist Ms. Lyn Hazel Calawod did an excellent job. In her words, "... all the mental, statistical, physical and spiritual work we had to do everyday to optimize Carlos for peak performance."

This was a fantastic piece, and the regional contextualization of Southeast Asian Weightlifting did wonders to set the stage for the near impossibility of Yulo's victory. Thank you for writing it.
